Sex is beautiful.

They didn’t align with my usual emotional patterns. They entered through connection. At times, what emerged didn’t even originate from the person I was with, but from unresolved dynamics they carried from previous relationships. Because sexual intimacy merges energetic fields, those patterns activated within me as if they were mine to process. Awareness changed everything. Instead of internalizing or acting them out, I could recognize: this does not belong to me.
